We Refund for Failed Grades Only: The only exception to our no-refund policy is if we do not deliver the promised passing grade. In such cases, a full refund will be provided upon submission of valid proof of failure.
No Refunds for Confirmed Orders: Once an exam has been scheduled and the order is confirmed, no refunds will be issued. Our TEAS Tutors begins working immediately, dedicating time and resources to your request.
No Refunds After Software Access or Installation: If our software has been accessed or the installation process has been completed, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Exam Rescheduling: If you choose to change your exam date after placing an order, we do not offer a refund. However, your payment can be applied toward a future exam.
